What are they and what do I do for them? (Vent Area 'Bugs')

I was inspecting one of my polish babies today, she is probobly about 4 months, and noticed that around her vent area she has multitudes of seed like creatures, in color and size. I was wondering what they are, what i do for them, and if they are dangerous. She is in with an older EE roo and an older EE hen.
 
They are either lice or mites. Lice are whitish in color and move quickly. Mites are slow movers, look like pepper or are red in color.

I recommend that you purchase sevin dust and dust all your birds. Dust the inside of the coop, roosts and nests.
Then redust you birds again in 7-10 days. Redust coop, roosts and nests as well.
