What are you canning now?

With the overflow of fruit (I have lugs and lugs of apples and even more on the tree) I have become very familiar with our local food bank who welcomes all fresh produce donations....   Sometimes you cannot can it all even if you managed to figure out the cloning thing.

Yes, the cloning thing would be nice on occasion or at least more sets of hands!
My problem is that I know we will use every bit of food that I manage to put up! Also, I know how much everything costs at the store! This drives me to do more even when it cannot possibly ALL be done!

42 jars of garlic dill pickles and 8 sweet pickle chips. Yum!

Yes, this pictures is only one side of the counter full. :p

We sell a few, give some as gifts and we have built a rep for them, we are asked to bring them every where. Horse shows, pot lucks, sports games... Etc.

19 quarts of fermented dill pickles. I've got 6lbs of yellow beans to do tomorrow :) Love the end result, but canning in 80 degree weather with high humidity point is not a lot of fun!!

I sure do agree with you on that one!
I canned 7 quarts of green beans today, and baked two loaves of zucchini bread.
