Tomato marmalade
5 cups coarsely choped tomatoes, peeled, I seed too
2 large oranges
1 lemon
4 cups sugar
Half and seed oranges and lemon. Finly chop and add to tomatos in a saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat. Slowly add sugar, stir untill dissolved. Return to a boil and boil rapidly untill mixture forms a gell ( about an hour). remove from heat, ladle into jars, prosses 10 min in water bath
