What Beed and Gender is This 4 Month Old

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone would like to tell me the breed and gender of my 4 month old chicken. I think she is a girl, but I don't know the breed and when she will stop growing. She is tiny for her age and is that due to her breed? Or something else? Please let me know asap.

At 4 months she is almost certainly a girl. You would see major red wattles & comb, plus some nice curved tail feathers.
I am not certain on breed, but I love her metallic coloring!

I think it's a mix, it would have slate blue legs if it was an Australorp and the body type isn't right for a Black Jersey Giant.
