1 and 2 have male specific feathering. They are unquestionably males.
4 doesn't have that at this point, but the comb is big and red, and the hackle feathers are long. So almost certainly a male.
3 is a female, in my opinion.
I'll go with cockerel for 4, and pullet for 3. 3 has an even color pattern and much shorter hackle feathers.13 weeks.
