What breed and gender?

I assumed this was a pullet, but "she" is quite aggressive and has the personality of a rooster. Could it be a cockerel?

Also, I hatched this bird from a dozen eggs I got from a local egg seller... so, no clue what it is. I had a broody hen, and stuck a dozen random eggs under her, and this is the result. Any idea of the breed? What kind of comb is that?

I have an Easter Egger that looks a lot like yours. But her comb is much smaller. Good chance you may have a Roo.

No spurs, but I read that not all roosters have them and some hens do. I did think this one came from a green egg. The dozen eggs I got were 5 different colors; I asked for a variety for fun. Assuming this is indeed a rooster, I'm glad I realized it now, I plan to breed the other hens in the pen and I do not particularly want this to be the daddy. He will make it to the freezer this week. Thanks!
