What breed? Boy or girl?

My beautiful chick. 3 month old bantam. Anyone know the breed? I totally thought she was a girl until about a week ago. Looking more roosterish? No crowing yet. Very flighty.

It’s definitely a boy, and he looks just like my Easter Egger except mine has a beard and muffs.

Thank you! I am so excited! I don't have an easter egger in my flock. He is a beautiful bird! I was hoping for a rooster! So glad its one of my favorites! LOL
