what breed is the "maybe" baby daddy?

I'm trying to hatch 2 eggs that are from my RIR in this pic as she's been hanging with our neighbor's rooster. I don't know if they are fertile, I'm going to just wait until I can candle them to find out, but what breed is the rooster and what will the baby be???

he's all Gray and slate legs with black hackles and looks laced or penciled or something.

I agree with black or blue and gold or silver leacage , but I will call the egg whitish or creamy- white or at least light brown.
