What breed or chickens do you have, and what type is your favorite?

Hi... I first started with show type barred rocks. I absolutely loved them. I even had bantam barred Cochins.
Even did well in the shows...
Too pick a favorite breed... (Almost mission impossible)..
So many breeds... All have their special traits.
I had over the years...
Marans, barnvelders, leghorns, americanas.. Isa Browns and red rocks...
At the moment.. I have a few white silkies... And old English games.. Looking at americanas and red rocks again in the future.
The mind wonders with so many possibilities.
Looking at raising bantams for the moment... They seem to be a great fit at this time. Looking forward to watching all the fun they will provide... I don't mind the small eggs.

I have:
Black Star
Barred Rocks
Barnvelders (gold laced and splash)
Cream Legbar
The Cream Legbar is my favorite breed because of it's history. It was bred at Cambridge University in the 1930s by poultry geneticist Professor R.C. Punnett (the same Punnett that invented Punnett squares) in order to isolate the cream gene in poultry and have an auto-sexing breed. He succeeded and as a result the breed is crested with cream colored hackle feathers and lays green/blue eggs (one of their ancestors was a Araucana from Patagonia).
This is Aphrodite (when she was a pullet):

Danish Brown Gumby
RIR Precious
I got them in March, both laying, and Danish Brown is growing in a few new feathers. She had a very light moult. RIR is a little skittish but she has her moments she'll come to window for attention. The other is the the more dominant of the two and also the friendlier. I'll be getting another in a few months but haven't decided what kind, so long as she lays blue eggs.

Edited to add

So I love my Chickens and I don't have experience with another breed to like or dislike. I love their colors and their eggs and personalities.

PS. This is a pic of my girls playing in the dust

Pss. I don't need my posts "liked" but it's funny how I was totally ignored, lol . Cause I don't have barred Rock? Or I don't have buff ors? We'll never know or I won't.

Barred Rocks are a great breed and very pretty!

We have:
Barred Rock
Partridge Rock
Easter Egger
Ameraucana
Rhode Island Red
Silver Laced Wyandotte
French Blue Copper Marans
Ayam Cemani

My favorites are always changing because I enjoy them all. Right now I really love my Ayam Cemanis because they're so unusual looking. However if I could only have one breed it would be Easter Eggers.
