What breed(s) of chickens do you want, but have a tough time finding?

I’m looking for breeder quality White Jersey Giants. I live in Puerto Rico. I purchased hatcher quality and I really like them but they aren’t as large are as heavy as expected so I would like to breed them to their true beauty

Have you joined the National Jersey Giant Club Facebook group? You can connect with breeders there. I'm not sure what the regulations are for shipping outside of the continental US, but I believe there are some members who have done so in the past.

What I'd REALLY like is a white egg layer that is:
-standard sized
-clean legged
-pea or rose combed
-non-flighty
- generally not broody
-200+ eggs a year

Rose comb Dorkings :love

Unfortunately, they're rather difficult to find, as suits this thread I suppose. :hmm

Leghorns come in rose comb varieties as well, though, and they're a bit easier to find than the Dorkings are. Can't say for sure that they'll be non-flighty, but they certainly tick the rest of the list.

Sandhill preservation has some different varieties of rose-combed Dorkings and Leghorns.
