Of those breeds I have SL Wyandotte and S. Faverolles. The Favs are very sweet, gentle birds, bottom of pecking order birds. They remind me of little fluffy marshmallows!

I voted silver laced polish. I don't personally have them but a friend does and they are absolutely awesome! Beautiful, and quite amusing.

I would say Buckeye's, Wyandotte or Dominique's they all 3 are great cold Hardy birds.
