What color/gender is this?

I do love cochins! that's why I wanted cochins in the first place I just wouldn't change them haha

@Overo Mare - would you say the cockerel I posted is blue/red mottled with pencilled partridge? Blue/laced red (poorly defined lacing) mottled? I know it's mixed color, but how should I describe it?

These are two poorly laced blue. laced red cochins from a cochin breeder - remind me of my chick minus mottling

It will help if you continue to post pictures as he grows. His pattern will change as he gets older. For now, he does not look mottled.
