What did you do in the garden today?

Yesterday

I mowed part of the yard around the coop, and the clippings were greatly appreciated by the flock.

Pruned, wrapped, and secured my Summer squash, I had neglected it recently.

This just made me realize how weedy my garden beds are...
How do you get it so weed-free?

I have always called this Irish moss. It is in bloom now. Liked it when I was a kid. People had it growing in flagstone rock retaining walls.

Anyone else who’s allergic to poison ivy have a problem w Virginia creeper? Trying to decide if worth pulling down/or just clip vine
Pi hates me
Virginia creeper also known as wood vine, doesn't bother me.
That picture doesn't look like either. Looks like invasive trumpet vine, but I could be wrong.

I thought phone id as virginal creeper. I had a problem w PI on that tree and after suffering for a long time w rash, just clipped the vines and left them. Those dead vines are still on there too - I’m sure with oil!!
I’ve talked myself out of pulling down 😂

The hummingbird like the trumpet vine but it will kill trees and try to take over everything
