I live in Tennessee too, and know all to well what this crazy weather will do to someone's crops.
But, I encourage you to replant, don't let the weather get you down!

Bush beans only take a couple months before they are ready to harvest, lettuce is a cold hardy plant so, it can be planted later in the seasonl.

I use a DYI garlic tea have good results, I inter plant it with everything never have enough of it. Linseed is a beautiful oil used it on my Harvest table and chairs ten years ago no sign of wear.
