Won't be going out of town but it looks like I'll have to wait to try again. My last fertile egg is gone!

Ok, looked at the yoke of a free range organic egg from Trader Joes, it looked fertile but all the eggs were used up today.
I've read about people on this site who tried incubating store bought organic free range eggs from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and other markets.
If I attempt this what breed will I end up with?
I've heard of people who got Rhode island red and leghorn mixes from hatching these eggs.
I have some supplies I can use for a home made incubator.
I'm tempted to incubate one of these eggs the next time around.
Should I give it a try?
this is TJ my Trader Joe chick that is 4 week's old. She is Leghorn
Mine were the fertile eggs. Did the free range eggs you got have bullseyes? How cute!
Are they from the fertile eggs or free range organic?
The free range organic ones I had were brown but the fertile eggs are white.
