What Dog Breed Do You Want Today!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Yea, we had some group classes in mind. There are lots around here, and they aren't too expensive!
I'm definitely aware of the energy aspect, haha.
Didn't know about the fear stage, interesting! Our first dog when I was young was an abused 4mo street dog, so even if it's a different kind of fear, I got a good idea of how to let a dog adjust when they're afraid of everything.
That's a useful way for me to think of socializing, thanks!
Yes group classes are the best. If they allow dogs to meet though off lead i wouldnt. We had a class with Tucker and switched places after that. Our one class was $100 for 6 weeks and taught us a lot. Her dogs have been to masters agility across seas.

Depending on both drives of the parents. Tucker had a lot like a lot more energy than Denver. But the Shepherd i know personally is a great family dog.

Street dogs or abused dogs definitely have a different kind of fear.

Tucker my pup also has a different type of fear. He was came at by unleashed dogs and hasnt been the same since. Which is why im so weary about everything with him. It turned him from liking people to.

Oh 😅 I assumed you knew how big the father was. The golden is the mom? How big is she?
Don't know how big the mom is yet. We are meeting all the dogs this Saturday mot likely. The sire is here in Wyo, recently bought from CA. I'm sure I can ask the owner about it. He's got papers, health checks and everything.
All I know about their parents is that the Golden is totally healthy in terms of hip/elbow/eyes and genetics. The sire hasn't had hips/elbows/eyes tested because he isn't yet 1, but his genetic tests are all clean. So the owner probably has info on the sire's own parents so that we could have an idea.

Owner said he sees a lot of the retriever coming out in their personalities.

That's really sad. :( I've heard stories like that before.

That is so great!!! That is such a nice accident🤣 you get healthy puppies that probably aren’t going to cost a fortune. I would just kind of go by the parents. If they are small for their breeds the puppies will most likely be smaller. And vice versa. And I have heard that often times mixing breeds create larger or smaller extremes (don’t know how true that is though)

Ive heard that to.

Our lab was huge and by a year was over his parents weight. His parents were 70lbs and if i remember he was over 80lbs at a year.

Denver is in range of her parents.

Yeah, it seems natural to me that it would cause those extremes, but I'm sure it depends on the mix. He just wants the dogs to go to nice homes so they're only $300. He said "I'm very flexible on the price and if you take two I'll give you a discount" XD

Wow!! That is an amazing price for what you’re getting

Right? I'm super hopeful. :D I've read that that mix is technically a "designer" breed. This guy prioritizes some doodle shepherd mix though, so he just wants them off to their furever homes and happy.
That’s weird, I wouldn’t think so. Is the golden a show line or working?
