Yes group classes are the best. If they allow dogs to meet though off lead i wouldnt. We had a class with Tucker and switched places after that. Our one class was $100 for 6 weeks and taught us a lot. Her dogs have been to masters agility across seas.Yea, we had some group classes in mind. There are lots around here, and they aren't too expensive!
I'm definitely aware of the energy aspect, haha.
Didn't know about the fear stage, interesting! Our first dog when I was young was an abused 4mo street dog, so even if it's a different kind of fear, I got a good idea of how to let a dog adjust when they're afraid of everything.
That's a useful way for me to think of socializing, thanks!
Depending on both drives of the parents. Tucker had a lot like a lot more energy than Denver. But the Shepherd i know personally is a great family dog.
Street dogs or abused dogs definitely have a different kind of fear.
Tucker my pup also has a different type of fear. He was came at by unleashed dogs and hasnt been the same since. Which is why im so weary about everything with him. It turned him from liking people to.
I've heard stories like that before.
I've read that that mix is technically a "designer" breed. This guy prioritizes some doodle shepherd mix though, so he just wants them off to their furever homes and happy.
