Today i want a aussie, like most days but today im really appreciating the natural bob or docking. I love natural tails but the last week.

Can you even find Aussies with long tails? I bet they are pretty. I think tail docking is ugly

I could see it as designer if someone purposely takes two show lines of those breeds. But designer is definitely not my first thought on the mix. Two working lines of those breeds would be an amazing working dog and not a designer dog I believe

Right, "mixes" can be a genetic mess, but "designer" is usually carefully bred (except in cases where they aren't because people just want money and don't actually care about the dog). Just like folks breeding healthy purebreds, they make appropriate matches in the interest of the pup's health.
