What Gender and Breeds are these chicks? PICS!

Here are two of my chicks, aged 5 weeks..
The yellow-y one has fluffly legs and is starting to get a bit of a mohawk on its head..(just feathers, comb still v small)






Little black one also starting to get a bit of a mohican! But no fluffy feet..

Just a man who had a few different breeds in his garden! I think they are mixed, but I don't know which chicken breed has this characteristic mohawk!

Could be a silkie x d'uccle mix. Is it bantam sized?
