Hi! We recently bought some new chicks, previously 7/8 weeks old, however now they are around 14/15 weeks old now. At first we thought that our little Australops where all hens, however they are looking more mature now and we are starting to have some suspicions about some of our hens are rooster.
Our first one, Comet, shown below is almost definitely a rooster, but we wanted a second opinion.

Comet has shown roostery behaviour but he is very nice with our little hens ( Cloudy & Shadow ).
Then, our next one, Coconut ( shown below), we are very clueless about the gender of him/her. They are a bit aggressive towards our young hens and gets in fights with Comet.

Then, our two defined hens, first one, Shadow ( pictured below) and Cloudy ( below Shadow ).

We can’t wait to hear you feedback!
Thanks!

Update:
Comet & Coconut turned out to be beautiful cockerels who are doing a great job protecting the flock, they are brothers so we can keep them both. 🐥🐥 We also ended up with two silkie cockerel brothers who we will be keeping as well. How did I go from zero roosters to four lol 😂 Anyway, I really am liking how the Australorp pullets are turning out as well!

Comet’s getting some copper in his neck 😍 He’s my fav of the Aussie Roo, don’t tell Coconut! Who’s your favorite out of both hens & Roos?
