What gender are these?

    first is RJ, who looks vaguely like a racoon:

    gosh darn it! oh well, we have eight more, and now we know what to look for to recognize roosters.

    Is it because of the combs? because almost all of them have one, but the first and last have ones bigger than most of the others. kingler's comb is wider and flatter,with what looks like 3 rows of bumps. why is that?

    Kingler's is a pea comb. It won't stand up straight and tall like the others with straight combs. He's probably part ameraucana or easter egger.

    I agree on them being boys - the combs are quite big/prominent for such young chicks.
