what gender is this chicken.

hello.
this chicken is from my village it’s not mine. i took this picture month ago when i was in village as much as i know it was 6 month old that time. it’s a really odd one other roosters and hens are looking like as they are so you can tell their gender. this one doesn’t have neck rooster like hackle feathers nor waterfall feathers near tail but has upright tail and kinda oddly shape body so i can’t tell exactly. this chicken doesn’t crows nor is egg lair but other young hens doesn’t lay eggs either. when it was your comb wasn’t pointy either it’s start coming when other hens combs start to grow as well, in size it’s like other hens, it’s can be feminine cockerel or masculine looking hen. want to know other peoples opinion of other peoples. the chickens are now 7 month old but it’s look didn’t changed much

thanks for replying, i have question if it’s cockerel aren’t it already have the hackle feathers developed and the tail waterfall feathers should be already there also it’s not show pretty much any rooster behavior just looks only already 7 month old.

actually it’s already 7 month old i saw it yesterday when i went in village and didn’t change even a bit. just a little changes. thanks for commenting.

Yeah, it would be a full grown roo and crowing by six months. For sure pullet.
