What in the heck am I?

Hello all!
I'm very new to chickens, but i absolutely adore them so far.
For a bit of background on this question two of my four original chicks got eaten by dogs so i got 2 more.
The chick shown is grom tractor supply. The bucket said "straight run bantam mix"
I'm trying to figure out if he/she is a hen or a rooster and also what breed they are!
