What is on my Roo's comb?!

These black spots just started popping up on my Roo's comb. He is a pheonix and has been healthy since I got him. He is kept in a movable coop with 4 hens. Any help is appreciated.

Look up Avian Pox, I'm dealing with the same thing.

From what I'm learning there are dry and wet.

Do you live in mosquito territory?

I can't see the picture well enough to tell for sure.

Fowl pox presents with scabs all over the comb and wattles. Sometimes roosters are just rough with each other, or the hens will get a little mean and give 'em some scars on their combs.
