What is this worm?

I found this worm on the ground while scooping up poop in the chicken run this afternoon. It was very small, about the length of a fingernail and was still moving when I found it. Can anyone identify what it is and how best to treat it? I have a few chickens acting off and laying shell-less eggs, and I suspect worms might be the reason.

I don't think you can get wazine anymore, Valbzen is what I would use.
