What is wrong with this baby chick?

It’s a bit smaller than the other two, not a massive concern, but it hangs it’s wings down like they are too big for it’s body. It’s not properly standing or walking yet, unlike the other one that hatched with it (about seven hours ago). Also it’s peeping doesnt sound normal. Otherwise though it is alert and I’ve seen it pecking some chick crumb. When I pick it up it’s legs can stretch out and look a normal shape and everything, it’s just not using them properly.

Some chicks need more time. I've had chicks do this, they usually get their legs completely on a day, or two.
