I've only been in a TJ's about 2 times, there never seems to be one anywhere close to wherever I've lived. Surprised to hear about their Sour...I just figured they were like Whole Foods (pricey).

I drive by a trader joes on the way to work. I do not go there that often though.

Yorkshire pudding (popover) advice needed!

Hope someone's still available and wish I'd asked this days ago but are fresh eggs or older eggs better for Yorkshire pudding which is a sort of popover.

I have both. Just not sure which is the better choice.
