My great pyrenees wonders off a lot and since he has so much hair he has a lot of burrs stuck to him and if you don't pick them off right away then they get stuck in his hair so bad that you have to use scissors to get them out. Does anyone know a way to get the burrs out without scissors?

I use a slicker to get most of mine out

Like the title says, what kind of dog do you have!? Please share and feel free to post pictures if you want!!!! I’m just curious. Please and thank you!!!!
Currently have a male colby pit (sweetest dog Ive ever known), a female catahoula, a female Antolian shepherd puppy, and a male morky (meanest, most fearless, craziest dog Ive ever known). Would love to add a black male Cane Corso to the mix but we don't buy or shop, we get matched by serendipity with dogs in need who we find out we needed too.
