Don't know how they do in the cold, but I've heard Swedish are better in the cold than many breeds.
Yes, there is another way to sex them. Drakes will get their curly drake feather eventually. Yours may be too young for that, though.
Ues, they're still getting their big boy feathers. I'm hoping they do well in cold because Utah is cold. I am prepping for winterizing. Have a large dog run with thached roof to kerp snow out and will isulatee their coop. Heater for water. Trying to think it through while thete is still time
