Better clear close up photos would help. Does he have yellow or white shanks? Is that a little feathering on the shanks?
My gut feeling is that he may be a Marans cross.

Looks like a cross to me. Not sure of what, but doesn't look specifically like anything I've ever seen.

well i will take some clear photos because when i took the photos was snowing and he wouldnt stay in a place

I can now see that he has yellow skin but you didn't answer either question directly. Is the dark colouration down the outside of his leg feathers or dirt or frostbite?
Knowing where you got these birds might also help.... if they came from a hatchery then they are more likely to be particular breeds but it is looking like many of them are mixed breeds/farmyard mutts.

well he has black feathers on his legs and he has been hatched by my neighbour hen
