for the past 23 years she was angry that I dumped her before I went into the coast guard.So she blames me for the messed up life she had without me.

Good idea to put a restraining order on her.....when a woman get into that mind set, it is NO way knowing what she will do next! I am not going to see the next "Bobbitt" case but hope she will be gone and out of your life forever.
