Yeah, apples O'Plenty this time of year, I passed on literally about a pickup bed full of them the other day, just too many to do anything with and deal with...

So far, two slices of stale bread, some black berries, and a couple pieces of cheese.

cup of chopped cabbage, cup of soaked sunflower seeds and cantaloupe rind. Tomorrow I have for them cooked sweet potato peelings. I had fried sweet potatoes for dinner and I cooked the peelings for the chickens and will mix them in with left over breakfast items.

BOSS and a little dog food today (dogs don't care for it). Tomorrow it's mealie worm happy hour.

I gave them canned sardines in straight oil, But my Silkie didn't like them. She took one bite then started wiping her beak on the ground. She loves canned Tuna and salmon, so who knows!

First, they dined on a patch of Peaceful Valley Omega-3 Chicken Forage Blend for Irrigated Land - I'd planted this in several patches in my back yard a couple of weeks ago so I can put the portable run over them - The girls love it! Afternoon snack included a stale hamburger bun, and blueberries, blackberries, and oatmeal with a little apple juice, and a very small piece of banana nut bread - the dogs got most of the bread, the girls all of the nuts.
