For Sumo the CX rescue (I think that's what she is) - 1/3c layer soaked in homemade kefir. For the main flock - layer pellet- kefir balls tossed in their yard.

Thanks for clearing up the cannibalism myth. Today we found some grubs and they went nuts. They still do not mess with the blackberries or mulberries we try to give them.
