I have a young rooster that is passing a long string like stool. It is sticky and is pink with blood.
He otherwise seems fine.
Any idea as to what this is?

No he has not been wormed.
This is a very long string. More than a few inches..

Sounds like worms to me. Ivomec Eprinex is what lots of folks use on here; it's a cattle wormer, and is effective on all worms.

I have seen Ivomex Erinex but it does not say how to dose for a chicken ?

They have it in a paste tube at Walmart.

there are many kinds of worms and with a little research you could probably find a picture of the type of worm your seeing.

Yes, how would you dose that for a chicken?
Is what I'm seeing, the worm itself? It is longer than any described parasites. The one time it was dangling from him and was about a foot long.
He is in a batch of roosters we plan on butchering...
