We've had that happen in the summer when the humidity is high. The temp could be 80F, but the humidity is 90%, then they'll say the real feel is say 85F or something.
Yes, that’s right, but I just think that extra humidity in the winter makes it feel colder not warmer

It does, so it is odd to have the opposite happen in the winter. I don't think I've ever seen it happen here. I'd love it though if we could ever have a real feel higher than the temp in the winter!
