41F (5C) right now and it looks like that will be our high. We had lake effect sleet mid-morning that came down pretty heavy for a few minutes, with the typical strong wind. Doesn't seem to bother the flock at all though. They are all bedded down near a large rock in a corner out of the wind, and on a nearby outside roost.
