whats wrong with the roos

i have 7 hens 4 roos. 2 of the roos feathers are awful looking. is it from fighting or should i be worried about their health? started in spring. same areas on both mainly their thighs are bald and their wings are broken. ayone seen anything similar?

I see evidence of fighting on the comb so that could be the feather problem.
