What's your favorite milk cow breed?

I wanted a Guernsey originally when I decided which family milk cow I wanted. The problem is there's literally no Guernsey's in this area. The ones I could find were ridiculously priced. Is the milk really rich, yellow, and creamy with the Guernsey?
I don't remember about the milk quality except my grandma and I used to handchurn the butter.

There's literally no milking shorthorns around here. It was near impossible to get my hands on the jersey girls I got. The Brown Swisss are actually quite common around here, but still pricy. What's the difference in milk taste in your opinion between those three?
Not much. Personally, I prefer the Jersey because it is richer than the others, but realistically you probably wouldn't notice much of a difference between them.

Same butterfat. The two breeds come from the same part of the world and were probably bred for the same purpose. Jerseys come from the island of Jersey and Guernseys come from the island of Guernsey. Both islands are in the British isles and are not far from each other.
Is it true the Guernsey milk is a rich yellow color because they don't digest beta carotene as much? And does Jersey milk have higher b vitamins?
