What's your favorite way to eat an egg?

Not a bad way to use a couple of eggs, had them last night, they were very good.

I love every egg cooked, fried boiled, poached, over easy sunny side up and scrambled! I love eggs!

My favorite is on a tostada!! spread refried beans, egg over easy with a runny yolk on top grate some jalapeno cheese over it top off with your favorite salsa!!!!

gotta love it!! Called "huevos rancheros"

Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with a fried egg on wheat toast is awesome! Super quick and super good meal.

Italian Scrambled Eggs

MElt butter in a nonstick pan, add snipped herbs like marjoram or sage and saute.
Add 2-3 oz feta crumbled
break in 3-4 eggs and scramble
Cook til creamy or firm, if you prefer
plate and top with 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Try other combos to your likeing: ovlives, sun dried tomatos; if you omit the feta be sure to ad a sprinkle of salt. Enjoy.

my fave is birds nest or as my friend calls the gods eyes. its bread with butter that u push down untill u have a little pool. u than put it in the pan. add the egg into the pool and cook. mega awsome with lots and lots of hot sause
