What's Your Single Breed Flock and Why

I don't have a single breed flock but 6 of my 7 are some type of easter egger and that's what I'd have if I could only have one breed. Great temperaments, lays well but not too well, adorable, good foragers and who doesn't love a colorful basket? What's not to love. I do plan on adding a few individuals of breeds I'm curious about but I want my flock to stay primarily easter eggers, they are what got me into chickens and even nearly 3 years later I'm still smitten with them
