Wheaten Crele Orpington Project, Reboot

Which ones have you crossed it with?
I thought Extended Black and Birchen were supposed to be dominant over wild type, even in the chick down.

Mostly mutts. Besides my weird white ones that pop up, anything at all I cross to a Phoenix (which has the wild type as chicks) has the wild type pattern.

What should I do to confirm they do carry wildtype, & or partridge?

Would you say the Red Crele Orpingtons are Db, or Just Columbian over Partridge, or Wildtype?

My Birds for comparison.

Also my odd chick fits with some of the other Crele Orpingtons coloration. I'll be updating again Wednesday.

Comparing my odd chick to the one red Crele chick in the back, makes me think partial head stripe.
My Buff chick had a white face too, if that helps with anything.

I think red crele is supposed to be barred red columbian, but those chickens have a more mixed color since it’s still a project. My guess is that they have partridge mixed in, since I don’t think duckwing is in orps.
