She also has some partridge like patterning.

This is my first female project chick who dyed at 2 and a half weeks of age. This girl was all barred.

I've seen those pictures. If your new chick turns out to be a pullet, I would only breed your buff barred cockerel and her to continue the project.

I was planning on breeding those two together. I'll have to do it next year.

Chick Growth Update: 5 weeks old.

The buff chick has some black in the neck feathers.

Female chick is sick, & showing signs of Coccidiosis. Going to treat her tomorrow with her mom, & brother just in case they contracted it also. Will be getting Corid liquid tomorrow to add to water, & give orally.
