When Did Your Hens Start Laying - What Breed?

I thought this would be a fun comparison thread even though I know each individual hen is different. How old were your hens when they started laying and what breed?

I've had about 30 breeds and I don't remember one that laid before 20 weeks. Almost all were between 22 and 25 weeks. Time of year had some effect but not much. I've had them reach that age year round.

ETA
The breeds were all Mediterranean, English, Continental, Asian and American class, except for Ameraucana. In other words, no games or anything real exotic.
