When do YOU stop turning?

I've been turning my eggs 3-4x daily. I just read in Storey's that you can stop after day 14 which is today. Do YOU stop or keep turning until lockdown? Thanks!

I turn all the way up to lockdown on day 18, 3x a day, 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Thanks! I'm leaving Friday and coming home Monday..I didn't know if it was OK to not turn them those couple of days. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm....

Yes, I'd stop on day 18....and .....WHO DAT?! lol

Anytime on Day 18, beginning, middle or end, but always on Day 18.

Turning racks until lockdown, that's how I roll.

If I was turning by hand, I'd still do it that way. I'd just use the "block under a carton" technique.

Thanks! I'll get my grandmother to come turn them for me. They are doing so well...I would hate for something to happen to them now. Or you could come to New Orleans with me!!

I am game!!!!!! lol Just make sure grandma doesn't decide to turn the eggs while watching the game....don't want any eggs thrown on the ground to imitate one of the Saints when they make a TD LOL
