I have 3, 16 week BYM pullets and 3, 13 week pullets OE and BCM. I’m wondering how to tell if the older ones will start laying soon. Their faces have definitely gotten more red in the last couple days but they kinda stopped growing, the younger girls way surpassed them in size. I also wanted to know when to change their food and they are still on starter/grower but I’m not sure when to change it to layer if some are laying later than others. Pics of my older girls
, but I personally have one feeder with layer and another with all flock at all times and of course shell free range. . I have older hens and pullets too. Be patient and let us know when you get your 1st egg!
