Where can I buy quail in Northeast Pennsylvania?

Hello, I am looking to buy some quail,would anyone know of anybody selling any in the northern/Allentown area of Pennsylvania? Thank you.

I'm not from Pennsylvania but I originally ordered my hatching eggs from a guy in PA on eBay. I think he's in Willows...? His eBay ad says he sells live birds too. Since hatching his eggs I've ordered and hatched from two other farmers and his have been the biggest birds and quickest to mature.
