I did that too. The CNC machining I mean. That was actually fun, I loved my coworkers. Hated night shift but loved the no supervision

Do you get bad reviews or whatever if you quit or something happens? Like do they tell other jobs not to hire you ?

It might be a state to state thing, or maybe some individual company policies too, but I worked HR before and I was told to only confirm was start and end date and I believe the position held. We would not confirm anything positive or negative.

The guy was a loser character, that's for sure. One night, he was driving the fork lift outside and was going under the garage door. Accidently hit the garage door button to close it, freaked out, jumped off the fork lift and cut the cables to the garage door
