Where oh where did the air cell go??

Hello all

I have 22 eggs in the incubator set to hatch Sat so I just put them all into lockdown doing a quick candle first to ensure everyone was still looking good. 21 of the 22 were right on track, the 22nd one seems to have lost his air cell. I mean it is no where in there just gone. He is alive and having a party in his shell but I am a little confused as to what happened. In the past if I have had an early one internally pip prior to look down I could just see the shadow of the beak in the air cell. This is something totally new to me.
Any idea’s/thoughts?

I have them on lockdown now so I am not going to mess with that. I wasn’t expecting to have anything weird so I didn’t have my camera etc there when I candled and I didn’t want to have them out for longer than necessary. I checked every where on that egg and there was no air cell....so weird
