Who else is waiting the impossible wait?

I'm waiting on mine to start laying eggs, I have some black and golden sex link hens, and a silkie breeding pair. I've had my sex link hens about 16 weeks, and I'm waiting....

We're at 15 weeks for our BLRW, and 19 weeks for our Banty Cochins. They are showing ZERO interest in the nest boxes. I don't think they have even noticed the fake egg in there.

I have four that are 22 weeks old BOs and 1 BR that is 20 weeks old. Not a single egg yet. Is this normal? I have yet to hear the egg song, but they do visit the nests.

I got my first 4 hens at the chick days at my local stones way back around easter. Im new to chickens but I thought they should be laying by now. am i right? They have a house they sleep in but they are free range during the day, but I feed them some feed also. I heard that they are not laying bc Im not giving them laying mash is this true? Anyone have any suggestions ?

Two of our pullets were born around Easter too, and they haven't layed an egg yet. in fact, they aren't squatting, singing the egg song or anything to make us think it's just around the corner. So, you're not the only one wondering where your eggs are.
