Why is half of my flock doing this?!

Half of my ISA brown flock is walking around with one eye open and the other closed. Please help what do I do.

This is one of the hens with the “closed” eye open. Here is that they r doing with it closed.

Please help I don’t know what’s happening. More then half the flock is doing this walking around

It also appears the eye is somewhat swollen. Can you verify that by comparing the affected eye to the normal eye?

Ok so here is the closed eye on a different hen. There is about 7-10 hens doing this.

Here is an open eye.

Only 3 hens are doing that. I removed those. The others are just doing the eye thing
