I got 6 female and 3 male golden 300 hybrid layers. They are almost 4 years old and they won't lay. Are they to old or just stressed since I bought them and moved homes.

Did you get these from someone else just recently? Ducks can be unsettled for a while after a move to a new environment, and stress will definitely affect egg production. Also, were all these ducks together before you bought them, or are they from various places? Were you told the hens were laying reliably before you got them?

I don't have experience with these particular ducks, but I know they're supposed to be one of the most prolific layers. In many duck breeds, egg production will begin to slow down around this age, though it won't totally stop if the hens are healthy and happy. I don't know if that is true of this specific breed or if they would be expected to continue to be prolific layers at four years old. You could call Metzer to see what they have to say about it. They were the ones who developed this hybrid.
